Searching for Hauppauge Master Plan from 1960s

Good evening,

I know this may be a futile effort, but I was wondering if anyone may know of the existence of an original copy of the Hauppauge Master Plan for sale. I figured that this would be the best place to check. I'm a Hauppauge resident, and avidly engaged in its history and would be very happy to find a copy still in good condition.
